2. Membership of RCNI - Rape Crisis Midwest is an active member of the Rape Crisis Network of Ireland (RCNI). The Network supports and promotes the work of Rape Crisis Centers and provides a national voice for survivors of sexual violence. We abide by the RCNI code of ethics and framework practice.

3. Charity Regulatory Authority Number - We are registered in the CRA's Register of Charities ( No. 20024970) and have submitted our annual report to CRA. 4. CHY Tax Exemption - Our Charity Tax Exemption Number is CHY9931

5. Governance Code  - we confirm that our Organisation complies with the Governance Code for  we have adopted the Governance Code for the community, Voluntary and Charitable Organizations - see link to Board declaration

7. Commitment to Standards in Fundraising Practice - we confirm that we comply with the Guidelines for Charitable Organisations Fundraising from the Public as set out by the Charities Institute. These standards exist to improve fundraising practice, promote high levels of accountability and transparency by organisations fundraising from the public, to provide clarity and assurances to donors and prospective donors about the organisations they support. We, Rape Crisis Midwest, have considered the Guidelines and believe we meet the standards it sets out. 

Our Board of Directors

Rape Crisis Midwest is supported by a voluntary Board of Directors.

The Board is responsible for determining and guiding the overall policy and strategic development of the Centre and ensuring that the service is operating efficiently. The Board is also legally accountable for the affairs of the Centre.
